Starbust: Juicy Goodness


There's nothing wrong with a cheat meal every once in a while. You get tired of eating chicken that taste like water because you're scared that a little seasoning will make you fat. Or how about that good ole (weak ass) salad that you eat everyday that leaves you hungry as hell five minutes after consuming it? See, this is the main reason that I "do it big" when I have my cheat meal. I can't even call it a cheat meal, its a whole cheat day.

My last week's cheat day consisted of some grilled chicken breast for breakfast, seven fried chicken tenders with a buttery roll for lunch and a large supreme pizza from Pizza Hut for dinner. No left overs homey.

Yeah, I might have felt bad after eating all that but if I eat healthy for twenty-six days out of the month, I should be able to enjoy four days of gluttony.

So let's talk about one of my workout buddies. The other day he IM'ed me (instant messaged for the slow ones) and told me that he cheated on his diet a little. Being fairly more cut than him, I was already concerned about his lack of striations, so I asked him what he had. Wait for it..... A STARBURST! Woaaaah nelly, dont go all out there buddy. He watches his diet like a hawk. I don't want to do it but if it takes that to get down to 8% body fat, I guess I will have no choice.

Oh yeah, I will post yesterday's workout later tonight. Gyeahhh.

wow...a whole starburst!! i hope he ran the .10 miles to burn that 10 calories off! LOL!
