Statistics - July 26th 2008

Hello again. I didn't do too much at the gym today, I usually only perform cardio and spot toning on the weekends. Today consisted of:



My diet pretty much sucked today. I had 2 scoops of Syntha 6 protien for breakfast (had to work and forgot bfast at home), a glazed donut, baked fish with assorted vegetables for lunch, a cinnamon roll and 3 soft beef tacos for dinner. I'll do better next week, no more cheating for a while.

Max Bench: 185 lbs

Weight: 180 lbs

Max Bench: 250 lbs
