I actually went grocery shopping today and gathered a few items:
2 bags of frozen chicken tenderloins
2 packages of turkey bacon
1 box of Angus patties ($7 bucks for 6 patties is highway robbery)
16 Tilapia fillets
18 eggs
2 packages of pre-made salad
2 bags of broccoli and cauliflower :(
3 boxes of Velveeta shells and cheese (hey, they were on sale)
Unfortunately I am not a good cook (still learning) so whatever I eat for this week will most likely taste like cardboard. Hopefully George Foreman will help me out and do most of the work.
My friend that encouraged me to work out told me about a site that tracks your diet. He's been using it for a few months and gave it a good review so I'll be trying it also. The site's address is http://www.thedailyplate.com/ . I'll throw up a review after a couple of weeks of use.
One more thing before I go to bed. I really need to work on my back! I can't have a decent looking chest and stomach with a Gary Coleman back. Time to get on it!
