Shame About Them Gross Tittays

So I decided to create this blog for a couple of reasons. One reason being that it would be a great way to track my progress. I also hope that this blog will give others motivations to workout. I have been there and I know how hard it is to stay consistent. The thing is, with consistency, you will easily see gains. Oh yeah, I am no doctor, fitness trainer, nutritionist or anything like that. I am just here to show my transformation so if anyone out there sees that I am doing something wrong or think that I can improve, let me know!

Enough of the chatter and lets get to the pictures. I started working out in March 3, 2007. Here is the first picture :(


Awww man. Its a shame about them gross tittays. This comes after late night meals, sedentary activities such as computer games and TV watching and doing NOTHING. I had to do something so I joined a gym. After eating right and working out 5-6 days a week, I saw some progress.



This of course was last year and as quick as I decided to work out, I fell off and stopped working out. Lets fast forward to June of this year. I am BACK ON IT! This time I am motivated and have a lot of help from one of my closest friends.

I am getting a little tired so here is a side by side picture of my progress. Once I get some sleep, I will post my diet and workout day by day.
