The Return.....

Well, today was day one back in the gym....ROUGH! It wasnt too bad, but I can tell I have been gone for a min. I didn't lose much strength, but muscles got fatigued way faster than normal. This is just in two weeks! I can only imagine how "large" people feel when working out for the first time in years. Today was Chest and Tri's. We super setted for most of the workout and added some drop sets at the very end.
Chest:
Bench - 12 x 250, 10 x 260, 8 x 260, 6 x 275
Incline DB Press - 80 x 12, 90 x 10, 110 x 8, 80 x 12
Incline DB Flys - 80 x 8, 75 x 10, 70 x 12, 60 x 15
Hammer Incline Press - 2 plates x 15, 2 plates + 25 x 6 dropped to 2 plates x 6, 2 plates + 10 x 6 dropped to 2 plates x 6
Triceps:
EZ Bar Extensions - 12 x 120, 10 x 130, 8 x 130, 12 x 120
Skull Crushers (Incline with EZ bar) - 12 x 70, 10 x 90, 8 x 90, 12 x 70
Dips
Day two tomorrow.....Legs. Should be interesting.....

They said it couldn't be done....


They said we would never be able to vote....
They said we would never have a black president....
They said abs are made only by doing weight crunches...
....now they say you can't be swole and a Dad (Aubreigh Christian Ezell...Born 4.7.11, 6 lbs, 10 oz's, 19 inches).

Now I will make them eat those words like an all you can eat rib dinner at Bone Daddy's.....I hope your're hungry!

The plan is simple...stick to it. The diet is in place and has been reviewed by well trusted fellow GSC members Flex Forna and Nawlrus. The supplements are a combination of new (herbalife) and old (Xtend, CLA, Hydroxycut). The motivation....I motivate me. But the look on haters faces makes my insides tickle and my muscle bellies swell. So....you have been warned. The day of the Geechy is coming! (steps off podium...plugs in ipod...turns on treadmill).

I'm Back



HAHAHA! You guys make me laugh. You thought that I had fell off just because I had not updated this blog? Me fall off? The Almighty King Chuck? The Sulton of Swole? Bulk Nasty My Striations Make Me Look Ashy? No sir. I have been on it still and my dominance will not cease. Since it has been so long lets get reacquainted.

We are the Get Swole Club. We should change the name to just Swole Club because we reached that point sometime last year. I’m sitting at a nice 195 pounds and around 11% body fat. Max bench is 300lbs but I have hit 275 for 3 reps. I curl 60 pound dumbbells for reps. OK, enough about me. Lets talk about the other guys. House just had a baby girl!! Congratulations to him and his wife. Unfortunately, I will have to pour out a 40oz out for his muscles. I dont think the fella will be able handle both a baby and baby muscles. Transformer has moved to North Carolina. I admit, he has gotten a tad cut up but face it, there are also lean guys in Somalia.

I will update pics very soon so stay tuned. We will also get two more writers that should make it a tad more interesting.
