GSC Gym First

Today marks an important day in history. For the first time in the history of GSC, House wore a beater (tank top) to the gym. Someone alert the media! This is a CNN headline news topic. Congratulations fella. This historic day will be remembered by all. Our childern and our children's children will read about this event in their history books.

It was a long 3 months but I believe that everyone is satisfied with their changes.  We feel like super heroes in the never ending fight against obesity.  House is the Freedom Fat Fighter, I'm the Body Sculpturer and Transformer is our trusty sidekick like Robin.

Overall Body Beauty Competition

The time is finally here!!!!  After 3 long grueling months, the competition has come to an end. Now its time for the viewers to vote for the contestant that you feel deserves the Overall Body Beauty (OBB) award. Unfortunately, we only have 6 contestants because some people couldn't hang on like a dude with 2 fingers trying to do pullups.
